Full-Outpatient Therapist

Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Licensed Therapist
Location: Erwin, NC

We are a Mental and Health Wellness Center committed to providing exceptional, integrative care that supports both mental and physical health. We offer in-person services in Harnett County and Cumberland County. Our focus is delivering quality care, building strong communities, and creating real change in the lives of those we serve.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Full Time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position. This is NOT a remote position.

This is not just a therapy role—this is a growth opportunity. The selected candidate will play a key role in clinical services and program expansion. You must be able to manage a consistent caseload, meet productivity expectations, and contribute to the overall direction of services within the organization.

In addition to providing high-quality clinical care, this role will support operations and perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual ,family therapy , and group services

  • Conduct Clinical Comprehensive Assessments (CCAs) as needed

  • Onsite therapy at school locations in Harnett and Cumberland County

  • Develop and update treatment plans in alignment with client goals

  • Utilize evidence-based practices and appropriate measuring tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7)

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system

  • Maintain a consistent caseload and meet productivity expectations

  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training

  • Support integrative sessions connecting mental and physical health outcomes

  • Develop, implement, and facilitate workshops, clinical series, and therapeutic programs

  • Contribute to program growth, service development, and overall clinical excellence

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs

Requirements:

  • Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Associates are welcome to apply

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills

  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations

  • Experience with telehealth platforms preferred (will train)

  • Commitment to providing exceptional, client-centered care

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Full-Time Position

Compensation & Benefits (Available after completion of onboarding timelines):
