geriatric counseling
Aging is a natural process that may present challenges for some individuals and their families. Geriatric counseling offers mental health assistance to older adults during the difficult stages of advanced aging and loss of independence. Therapy can help older adults who may have difficulty with the transitions of aging to manage their emotions, find new sources of enjoyment and meaning, and find new support systems.
individual and family therapy
Psychotherapy is a process focused on helping you heal and learn more constructive ways to deal with the problems or issues within your life. Through therapy you can learn to walk towards change and restoration by exploring who you are, your fears, and desires with one of our licensed and trained therapists.
Medication Management
Medication Management is the administration and monitoring of medication for the purpose of alleviating or stabilizing symptoms for certain conditions. Psychiatric Medication Management exists specifically to help manage a patient’s mental health disorder(s). Providers prescribe different medications such as mood stabilizers, antidepressants, depressants, antipsychotic, anxiolytic, and stimulant medications. Medication is not always necessary depending on the severity of your condition.
psychological testing
Psychological testing and evaluation consists of a series of tests that help determine the cause of psychological symptoms and disorders, to determine the correct diagnosis and follow up with the appropriate course of treatment.

School Based Therapy
School-Based Therapy provides mental health support directly within the school setting, making services more accessible for students. This program allows licensed therapists to work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and teachers to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges that may affect a student’s learning and overall well-being. Through individual or group sessions, school-based therapy helps students develop coping skills, improve academic performance, and enhance their social and emotional growth—all within the comfort and convenience of their school environment.
veterans counseling
Veterans counseling is a type of counseling that can be used by military veterans to adjust to the transition from military life to civilian life. Any veteran that was discharged under honorable or general circumstances in the United States typically has access to our services, regardless of their ages or ranks. Services are provided to families of military veterans as well.
